すだちパニールのカリー
パニール（インド風カッテージチーズ）は
牛乳に酢や柑橘類の絞り汁を入れて作ります。
５日の日替りカリーは、
有機野菜とオリジナルスパイス（一部オーガニック）
をたっぷり使ったルーをベースにし、
すだちのミルクチーズと小川農園のオクラが入ったカリーです。
ターメリックライス付き ９００円（小盛り８００円）
チャパティー４枚付き ９００円（３枚８００円）
