と、あいさつ。
人気のない台所でもう起きている人がいます。
営業は休みなのに、いったい誰が？？
それは酵母ちゃんです。
今日はピタパンを焼くのです。
夕べ冷蔵庫から出して常温になっている天然酵母が瓶の中でぶくぶく活動中。
いつも不思議だなあと思うけど、
生きているんですよね。
