今日から５日間の今週のカリーは
チキンのキーマカリーです。
和歌山県小坂さんご一家が育てた紀州赤地鶏の胸肉をたたいて、
ひき肉にしました。
もう一つのカリーはベジタブルカリーです。
どちらのカリーにも有機野菜とオーガニックスパイスをたっぷり使っています。
