大根が
大根が甘いです！
小川さんは丸まると成長した足のような大根
を土中に埋めて保存しているのだそうです。
その大根をいただきましたが、
ものすごく甘いです。
しかも歯触りはシャキシャキのまま。
今日のカリーは
この大根と豚肉のカリーです。
相性ばっちり！
今日は大寒、
霧雨が残っていますが、
有機野菜たっぷりのカリースープで
温まってくださいね♪
